Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

Brainfuse

HelpNow

Live, on-demand homework help and state-aligned skills building lessons from expert tutors.  Communicate with tutors in real time using a virtual, whiteboard classroom by writing, drawing, and marking-up lessons/web content. 

Students can also access a full-service writing lab and an integrated test-prep center. To use Brainfuse you will need the latest version of Java installed and enabled in your web browser.

  • MEET: schedule sessions with friends and classmates in a private virtual study room.

JobNow

Brainfuse JobNow offers a one-stop-shop for job seekers with a Washoe County Library card. JobNow specialists are available daily to provide live, one-on-one assistance with resume creation, proofreading, and interview coaching. 

Live help is available daily 1-10 pm, excluding holidays.  All other JobNow resources are always available.
