Visitors will enjoy the art gallery at the South Valleys Library which features local artists throughout the year. Multiple display cases provide a glimpse into the talents, hobbies and collections of local residents.
Computers with free internet access are available in the Young People’s Library, Teen Space, and adult areas. A copy machine is available and can be used for scanning documents and wireless printing. There is also a fax machine available with no charge for outgoing faxes.
The Teen Space is designed to provide young adults with a comfortable place to read and work on homework, with plenty of fiction and nonfiction to check out. The Teen Space Activity Cart is stocked with board games.
Children will be quick to select materials from the Nell J. Redfield Young People's Library, featuring child-sized furniture, expansive views, and friendly staff. They will enjoy using one of the computers loaded with early-literacy games and activities. Children and their caregivers may explore the exterior garden and patio, and can even bring a lunch to enjoy at the picnic table.
Meeting rooms are available by reservation and are a convenient place to meet both during and after library hours. Available technology includes a large-screen, smart HDTV to use with laptops.
