Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

A saucy twist on Valentine’s Day

Spend Valentine's Day at the Wilbur D. May Museum.

Reno, Nevada. Jan. 16, 2015. Looking for a unique date idea this Valentine’s Day? Come to the Wilbur D. May Museum for the 2nd annual “History in the Buff.” Couples are invited to try a grown-up twist on the scavenger hunt. Armed with wine, couples will follow clues and search for risqué artifacts and works of art hidden in plain sight in the museum’s eclectic collection. From fertility gods to naughty cherubs – try not to blush during this stimulating and educational search for nudes! Admission includes one wine token and one beautiful long-stem red rose per person. Limited to 20 couples. Advance registration is required. This event sold out quickly last year!

When: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Saturday, February 14

Where: Wilbur D. May Museum, Rancho San Rafael Regional Park 1595 N. Sierra Street, Reno

Cost: $40.00 per couple. (Includes wine & rose)
