Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

The public is invited to free, summer concerts every Wednesday at Lazy 5.

Reno, Nevada. June 12, 2015. You are invited to get your groove on at Lazy 5 Regional Park every Wednesday night beginning June 17. Summit Christian Church and the Nugget present the Lazy 5 Summer Concert Series.

The 2015 Lazy 5 Summer Music Series takes the stage Wednesday, June 17, at 6:30 p.m., with country and rock featuring Nevada Hazzurd. While you are taking in some tunes, try the fresh produce from Shirley’s Farmer’s Market, and make creative crafts with the kids.

What: Lazy 5 2014 Summer Music Series

Where: Lazy 5 Regional Park at 7100 Pyramid Way, Spanish Springs

When: Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., June 17-Aug. 12.

Cost: Free

No glass containers or pets are allowed at the concerts.

  • June 17: Country and Rock featuring Nevada Hazzurd
  • June 24: Classic/Light Rock by The Char Brooks Band
  • July 1:     Big Band Swing with The Let’s Dance Band
  • July 8:     An Evening of Bluegrass & Country by Westwind
  • July 15:   R&B, Folk, Blues & Rock with Friday @ One
  • July 22:   A Musical Variety featuring Mig O’Hara & Friends
  • July 29:   Rock, Pop & Country featuring 12OH5
  • Aug 5:     Cowboy/Cowgirl Originals/Folk by All Hat No Cattle
  • Aug 12:   A tribute to the Beatles with Beatles Flashback.
