County Commission Review of Sign Code Rescheduled

Washoe County Commissioners reschedule review of Sign Code ordinance to September 8

Washoe County Commissioners voted to postpone the 6 pm hearing on the proposed sign code ordinance amendments until September 8, 2015. Originally scheduled for the County Commission meeting on August 25, 2015, the postponement will allow for all County Commissioners to be present. This item will not be introduced at the meeting today as an agenda item.

The public hearing is a first reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 110 related to regulations on signs.  Approval of proposed changes to sign code includes two public hearings. On September 8, 2015, this item will be scheduled to be heard as a first reading.
