Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

All spectators 60 years of age or older get in free.

Reno, Nevada. June 24, 2016. Washoe County Senior Services is showing some love for seniors by sponsoring the first ever Senior Day at the Barracuda Championship on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Montrêux Golf and Country Club. All spectators 60 years of age or older with ID will be admitted free.

“As part of Washoe County’s ongoing effort to serve our valued seniors, we encourage our seniors to get outside, enjoy the sunshine and watch some golf at a great, local, County-sponsored event,” Washoe County Assistant County Manager Kevin Schiller said. “I want to thank Barracuda Championship for working with us to make Senior Day possible.”

All spectators 60 year of age or older get in free.

Where: Montrêux Golf and Country Club at 16475 Bordeaux Drive in Reno, Nevada.

Note: Seniors are asked to park at Galena High School for $5. Bring a donation of two or more non-perishable food items or a car of four or more people and park for free.
