Fall Hours at Duncan Traner Library to begin August 8

Now that school will be starting up, library will be open three afternoons a week.

July 26, 2016.  Reno, NV.  The Library Board of Trustees approved new hours for Duncan/Traner Community Library.  Starting August 8th the library will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 3 p.m. – 5:30  p.m.

Washoe County School District operates the library during school hours which is why the new hours action was required. "In recognition of the community need, Library Trustees approved the change to include one additional afternoon of public access," Library Director, Jeff Scott says.  "Further evaluation of library hours will take place over the fall."
