Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

Recount process for Assembly District 31 race concludes

Results will be canvassed during upcoming Board of County Commission meeting Nov. 29, 2016

Reno, Nevada. Nov. 21, 2016. Washoe County Registrar of Voters, Luanne Cutler, said the recount for the Assembly District (AD) 31 race has been completed and the outcome of the race remains the same.

On Friday afternoon, Assembly District 31 candidate, Jill Dickman, requested the Registrar recount ballots for the AD 31 race.

According to Nevada Revised Statute, the Board of County Commissioners has five business days to canvass the results of the recount. Until the results are canvassed at the Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016 Board of County Commissioners meeting, the results are not official.
