Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

Press briefing is Friday, Jan. 6, at 11 a.m. at Regional Emergency Operations Center.

Reno, Nevada. Jan. 5, 2017. Washoe County, the City of Sparks, and City of Reno are hosting a joint press briefing at the Regional Emergency Operations Center (REOC) on Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 at 11 a.m., to discuss how the local entities are preparing for potential flooding and inclement weather.

Who: Washoe County, City of Reno, and City of Sparks

What: Joint press briefing with local government agencies discussing potential flooding.

Where: Regional Emergency Operations Center at 5195 Spectrum Blvd., Reno. 

When: Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 at 11 a.m.

Media: Interviews with elected officials from each localvgovernment agency will be available following the news conference.
