Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

Free Legal Assistance Offered at Washoe County Law Library this Wednesday.

Reno, Nevada.  April 17, 2017.  The Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Nevada and the Washoe County Law Library, are pleased to announce they are collaborating for a joint Lawyer In The Library special event that will offer free legal assistance to the community.  

Participants can receive up to 30 minutes of free legal assistance from a licensed Nevada attorney in areas of law including probate, family law, civil law, bankruptcy, and the sealing of criminal records.

The event will take place on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.  The regular Lawyer In The Library program will not be held on this day.  Reservations are not required, but highly recommended.  Walk-ins are welcome pending availability.
