Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

Washoe County Library System kicks off their Winter Reading Program!

Looking for something to keep kids and teens busy during winter break? Give them a good reason to take a break from the busy holiday schedule and get some reading done. Your library has just the thing - Chill Out and Read, the 2017 Winter Reading Program offered by Washoe County Library. Starting today, December 15, through January 15, kids can earn a free book by signing up, and another for completing the program! Washoe County Library System has a variety of educational and recreational resources for all ages to help you "Chill Out and Read" this winter season.
