Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

Candidate Forums Held At The Downtown Reno Library.

Speak Youth To Power! Forums Offered This May.

Presented by the Reno News & Review, the Holland Project, ThisisReno.com, the Washoe County Library System, and KWNK Community Radio, the Speak Youth to Power Forums will center around issues affecting young voters. While these events are youth-centered, all members of the public are encouraged to attend. These are not debates, but forums for candidates to address issues. Audience members will also have the opportunity to ask questions. These non-partisan forums are open to all candidates. All three event forums begin at 6 p.m. at the Downtown Reno Library, 301 S. Center Street, Reno, NV.

Here’s an opportunity for young people—and everyone else—to ask the questions that really matter to local candidates!

May 3: Washoe County Commission

May 10: Reno City Council

May 31: Mayor of Reno
