Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

Washoe County Registrar of Voters reminds community of upcoming deadlines

Reno, Nev.  Sept. 28, 2018. The Washoe County Registrar of Voters would like to remind the community of upcoming deadlines to register to vote for the General Election on November 6, 2018:

General Election Voter Registration Deadlines:

By Mail: Postmarked no later than October 9, 2018

In Person: Last day to register October 16, 2018

1001 E. Ninth St., Building A, 1st floor, Reno

Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., closed holidays

Office is open Saturday and Sunday, October 13th and 14th from 8 am to 4 pm

Office is open Monday and Tuesday, October 15th and 16th from 8 am to 9 pm

Online: Last day to register October 18, 2018, www.registertovotenv.gov

“In addition to registering to participate in the upcoming General Election, our office also recommends voters ensure they are registered at their current address, as it affects receiving their sample ballot and what candidates will appear on their sample ballot,” says Washoe County Registrar, Deanna Spikula.
