Washoe County Library System Holds Staff Development Day, Dec. 13

Most Libraries Will Open at 2 p.m.

To foster better communication within the Library System and to facilitate improved service to the community, most Washoe County Libraries will not open until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2018. There are some exceptions:  The Senior Center and Verdi Community Libraries will be closed the entire day, and the Duncan-Traner Community Library will open at its normal time of 3:00 p.m.   The Sparks Library will close at 5:00 p.m.   Patrons are advised that book drops will be available as well as the library’s website.
