Downtown Reno Library Elevator News
Due to ongoing construction, the elevator at the Downtown Reno Library is currently not in service. Computers and restrooms are available on the main level for patrons who are unable to use the stairs, and staff can assist with retrieving materials from other levels.

Closed For Construction Improvements.

The Downtown Reno Library, a branch of Washoe County Library System, is making additional improvements to public spaces and will be closed to the public from Monday, October 7 through Friday, October 11, 2019. The Downtown Reno Library is expected to reopen on Saturday, October 12, 2019 for regular hours.

These improvements are part of an ongoing effort by the Washoe County Library System to ensure a first class library system to all our residents. The Washoe County Library System appreciates the community’s support during this process, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
