Limited Drive-up or Walk-up Service Offered at Five Locations.

Washoe County Library System will resume offering drive-up or walk-up hold pickup at five locations beginning on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Patrons will be able to place holds from home and pick up reserved items when they are available.

Drive-up hold pickup will be available at the South Valleys, Northwest Reno, and Spanish Springs libraries. The Downtown Reno and Incline Village Libraries will offer walk-up hold pickup. The North Valleys, Sierra View, and Sparks Libraries will not offer hold pickup service at this time, and partnership libraries remain closed. Digital services are always available through the library website, including ebooks, audiobooks, virtual events, and reference services. Book drops are open 24/7 and there are no fines being assessed on overdue materials.

Washoe County Library System is looking forward to being able to offer additional in-person services in the future. For information on hours and the most current reopening information, please visit washoecountylibrary.us/reopen.
